By accessing and using Aril ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Aril for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to add and manage information ("User Content"), including but not limited to names, relationships, dates, interests, and notes. You are solely responsible for your User Content and you represent that you have all necessary rights to it. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Advertising

Free Users:

The free version of our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements help support the continued operation and development of our service.

Premium Users:

Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. By maintaining an active premium subscription, you will not see any advertisements within the app.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any products or services advertised. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to external websites or services not operated by us.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription managed via Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials are governed by the applicable store policies. We may enforce usage limits on free tiers. Access to premium features is contingent on an active entitlement. Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to AI-powered gift recommendations and an ad-free experience.

9. AI‑Generated Recommendations

Gift recommendations may be AI‑generated using a third‑party provider through our servers. We take steps to send only the minimum necessary context. AI output may be imperfect; you should verify suitability before acting on suggestions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI‑generated content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amounts paid by you to us in the past twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
